Alongside your practical duties in maintaining sports fields and green areas. This four-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for career advancement.

Our program offers paid hands-on training under expert mentors, equipping you with valuable skills and a nationally recognised trade qualification. At the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on roles as a Team Leader or Site Manager, ready to lead with confidence.
