Are you a motivated, energetic, qualified refrigeration mechanic looking for a new challenge.

Air Change is looking for this person to lead a team of tradesmen to manufacture their award winning heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.

The operation is not a high volume repetitive manufacturing as all products are made to individual customer order and specification.

The role is made more challenging by the number and complexity of the products manufactured.

The successful applicant will be a qualified refrigeration mechanic with enough experience to organise the manufacture of individual product assemblies that meet quality, time and cost constraints.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Organisation the allocation of labour and material to meet the production schedule;
  • Supervision to meet quality and scheduling requirements;
  • Liaison with design engineers during manufacture and product testing; and
  • Ensuring a safe work environment including the training of factory staff on safe operating procedures and general production tasks.
