We're hunting for a spirited, socially outgoing Field Service Technician who craves something out of the ordinary. If the thought of traveling to various branches, engaging with a diverse team, and constantly growing within our booming business excites you, then you're just the person we're looking for. In this role, flexibility and adaptability are key. We're in search of a dynamic individual who excels in a self-directed environment, adeptly transitioning between our lively branches and collaborating seamlessly at picturesque customer locales.

**Key Features**:

- Master and diversify your skills across Komatsu and non-Komatsu machinery.
- Traverse to varied branches, subcontractor yards, and picturesque customer sites.
- Take charge, from initiating inspections to championing complete machinery rebuilds.
- Be the outgoing face and voice of our brand, forging lasting professional relationships.
- Embrace autonomy, managing tasks with Remarketing, KAL Service/Parts, and more.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday

**Role Located**: Based at various branches, supporting field maintenance and repairs throughout New South Wales.

**What we are looking for**:

- Uphold a positive and ethical work demeanor; reliability is key.
- Possess relevant Trade qualifications (Diesel Mechanic plus Auto Electrical would be advantageous)
- In-depth understanding of Earthmoving machinery, Mechanically & preferably Electrically
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, Microsoft suite, and maintenance planning software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and adhere to timelines.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-trade experience.
