Are you a talented and experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant with a passion for Family law?

Our client is a well-established boutique commercial law firm with multiple offices and a growing Family Law team at their Gold Coast location. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join their Family Law team.

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing files
  • Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence
  • Assist with trial preparation
  • Liaise with clients, Barristers and external parties
  • Conduct legal research
  • Coordinate meetings and general administration

Skills and experience we'd love...

The successful candidate will have minimum 2-3
years' experience in Family Law as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant together with;

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • well-developed time management skills
  • ability to meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail
  • a pro-active and supportive team approach

You'll be working closely with an approachable and supportive Partner who values initiative and collaboration.

Salary:
Reflective of experience
