Your responsibilities include

  • Preparing and amending documents, correspondence and briefs
  • Managing diaries, deadlines and support for court commitments
  • Liaising with clients, counsel and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating court filings and supporting file management
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the team

About you

  • 1 - 2 years minimum experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Confident communication and a polished client service approach
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Team focused and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Desire to build a long-term career as a legal secretary / paralegal
