Perth, Western Australia Austin Cove Baptist College Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking to employ highly motivated and innovative teachers to join our growing Secondary School community in the following positions, commencing at the start of 2026:

· Science

· Health and Physical Education

· Teacher Librarian

· Languages (Auslan)

The ideal candidates will have teaching experience in Secondary. ATAR experience is not essential. Support is provided from Heads of Departments and the classes are well resourced.

We have flexibility to provide both full time and part time positions and are happy to work with the ideal candidate to determine the best working arrangement.

The College

Austin Cove Baptist College of South Yunderup is a co-educational College that commenced in 2011 and currently has approximately 780 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The College is situated in the Austin Lakes development just east of Mandurah and provides a high standard of education in a safe and caring environment within a Christian context. Selection Criteria

Essential

·       To have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith

·       Be a qualified teacher registered with the TRBWA, hold a Working with Children Check and have a commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

Highly Desired Qualities

·       Be highly motivated and organised

·       Have demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority

·       Have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing programs from Year 7-12

·       Be approachable, a good listener and an effective communicator

·       Have a commitment to pastoral care and extracurricular activities

·       For Science, the ability to teach Physics would be highly regarded
