The Venue

Located in the northern suburbs of Wagga Wagga, the Palm and Pawn is a family-friendly hotel in the heart of North Wagga.

Established in 1876, the venue offers affordable accommodation, newly renovated bistro and bar, and a relaxing beer garden that caters for groups of all ages.

​We are looking for casual bar and bistro attendants to join our team.

Working with the Head Chef you will

Assist with managing the day to day operations of running a quality kitchen including:

  • Cooking quality and consistent meals
  • High levels of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Manage food quality, portion control and presentation
  • Input for menu updates and specials board meals
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

About you

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a busy kitchen team
  • Collaborative approach
  • A keen eye for the detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Great time management
  • Innovate and flexible
