Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, activations, event sponsorships, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Develop, activate, and refine the Anker brand and value proposition, ensuring consistent reflection across all brand communications.
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies—including content, creative, product, and customer service—to develop brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, to optimize campaigns and drive business results.
- Stay informed on industry trends and brand marketing best practices; share insights with the team to guide strategic direction.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to best practices, including compliance with policies, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and company integrity and ethics standards.
- Ensure internal communications are timely, accurate, and relevant.
Job Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
- A data-driven mindset with a high degree of analytical thinking.
