Academy Brand is an Australian owned and operated lifestyle brand with more than 50 stores around the country and we are searching for our next Store Manager to oversee our two locations within Melbourne Central.

Founded in 2007, Academy Brand has fast become one of Australia's most likeable, dynamic and staple menswear brands. On top of menswear, Academy Rookie (kids wear) and the recently launched Academy Women's collection has entrenched Academy as a true lifestyle brand for all.   • Beta Carbon: Academy has teamed up with Beta Carbon to allow our customers to vote for Carbon Offset programs that Academy is backing to reduce our Carbon footprint. Every vote sees Academy donate to a selected project and do our bit to help move towards net zero.

What we are looking for someone who:

  • loves engaging with customers

  • shows up to work everyday with a positive, go-getter attitude

  • has as a passion for fashion and enjoys styling, learning about different styles, fits and fabrications

  • has experience guiding a team to success

  • prides themself on their communication skills

  • will take ownership of their store and engage with the brand to make it grow

  • is solutions focused and knows when to make changes in order to achieve a better result

  • has experience working toward sales and KPI targets

  • can follow brand directives and implement them in their store

  • enjoys training and mentoring a team

  • works well under pressure, great with time management and can multitask

  • has previous experience working in a concession space (preferred but not necessary)

  • is available to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster

  • wants to have a career and develop with a Brand that is focused on growth
