Marketing Assistant

Energetic with a "can do" approach, the Marketing Assistant will be key in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.

A pivotal and exciting time to join the Permaseal team as we expand our portfolio with the addition of the Goss brand of products.

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales team to establish the best brand experience possible. With a focus on content creation, social media, and campaign support, you will enjoy the variety whilst developing your skills further.

What will keep you busy and engaged?

• Provide administrative and logistical support for trade shows, customer events, and other marketing-led activities.
• Assist with the development and update of key product messaging across all channels with a strong focus on social media activities
• Support with the planning, briefing, launch and reporting of product campaigns;(B2B & B2C)
• Contribute to the development, execution, content/copywriting and delivery of email marketing campaigns and track performance
• Assist with the creation, refresh, and distribution of marketing collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal & external) to ensure a seamless execution of marketing initiatives

What are we looking for?

A recent graduate, with a passion for all things sales and marketing. You are eager to learn and develop your skills with an industry leader and take great pride in the quality of your work. Ideally you will also have;

• Formal qualifications in Marketing or related discipline (favourable)
• Passion for customer-centricity and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer & brand experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design tools (highly desirable)
• Bias for action, curious mind and hungry to learn
• Exposure and experience in creating and managing trade marketing campaigns/activities
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
