Location: Caboolture

Job Type: Casual/Part-Time (with potential for permanent hours)

Pay Rate: Above Award Wage

We're looking for empathetic, proactive, and open-minded individuals to join our team and provide meaningful support to participants in the community.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in empowering NDIS participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives. Support may include community access, personal care, transport, assistance with daily living, and emotional/social support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
  • Clear, fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with participants and families
  • Compassionate, open-minded and proactive approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and reliability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (if applicable)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (current)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Completion of NDIS modules (or willingness to complete)
