Position: Disability Support Worker

Location: Caboolture Area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting participants with mental health challenges
  • Utilizing knowledge or experience in music therapy to enhance participants' well-being
  • Encouraging and participating in outdoor activities and exercise routines
  • Mentoring young adults and helping them achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting participants with mental health issues
  • Knowledge or experience in music therapy
  • Passion for exercise and outdoor activities
  • Ability to mentor and guide young adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • Disability Support Work: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)
  • Working with Children Check (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required)
  • National Police Certificate (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
