We're currently recruiting Senior Client Services Associates to support our delivery of exceptional service in Unlisted Fund Services (permanent position).

About the Role

The Senior Client Services Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and investors within SLA timeframes. This role manages the day-to-day administration of unlisted investment schemes, including property funds and bonds, and serves as the operational face and subject matter expert for assigned clients. The role also involves mentoring Junior Client Services Associates, supporting complex queries, and driving continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery. To achieve the service delivery function, the Senior CSA will work closely with the Team Leader, Unlisted Operations to ensure that all functions and activities for clients are anticipated and actioned as agreed and required.

The Senior CSA will contribute to service delivery by completing a variety of administrative tasks including security & transaction processing, reporting, payments, AML/CTF Verification (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing), Incident management, security allotments & redemptions, unit pricing, investor information updates, security transfers, offers, and client/investor queries handling.

What We're Looking For

  • Operational experience in funds management, registries or financial services sector
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS, computer skills
  • Excellent customer service, written and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Accountability and ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lead by example
