In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management & Execution team within Corporate & Institutional Banking that's doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Structuring complex real estate transactions and undertaking credit writing.
  • Utilising your financial modeling skills to forecast out cashflows and make recommendations on transactions.
  • Attend Client Meetings with Client Coverage and Product Partners.
  • Monitor and manage the ongoing risk profile of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is maintained to a high standard.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
  • Attend internal and external stakeholders' meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance/coaching to graduates, interns and analysts, associates where required.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Property and/or Construction (highly advantageous).
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Property.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing team.
