supplies aluminium windows and doors to both the residential and commercial construction markets. We are now looking for a motivated
Production Assistant
to play a key role in coordinating product flow to meet manufacturing and customer needs.

The Role
This is an
admin and customer service-focused role
, supporting the production team and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Assist with production planning, ordering, and scheduling
  • Keep supply on track to meet manufacturing and customer deadlines
  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service (phone and email)
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery

About You

  • Friendly and professional phone manner with strong people skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, adaptable, and a team player with a proactive attitude
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with V6 or Oracle systems (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
