Location: Sunshine Coast, QLD

Company: Sunstruct Project Management

We're a locally owned construction and project management company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled labourer to join us on a range of sites.

You'll work alongside our site supervisors and trades, assisting with day-to-day site operations across multiple projects. Your role will involve a mix of general and skilled labouring tasks, site clean-ups, material handling, basic carpentry assistance, and supporting subcontractors as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist trades and site managers on various projects
  • Perform site preparation, clean-up, and maintenance duties
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Handle and move materials and deliveries
  • Follow all WHS policies and ensure site safety
  • Work across multiple sites as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Competent with hand and power tools
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently when required
  • Punctual, professional, and takes pride in their work

    Desirable: Experience assisting carpenters or builders, basic knowledge of site safety compliance.
