What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be working on real homes, not construction sites. The core of your role will be residential electrical and air-conditioning work—the kind of varied, meaningful jobs that keep things interesting and customers happy.
– General residential electrical maintenance and installations
– Air-conditioning installs, servicing, and fault-finding
– Lighting upgrades, switchboards, power points, and more
– Confidently running solo jobs and managing time effectively
– Supporting apprentices and being part of a quality-driven crew
– Delivering polished, respectful service that makes you proud of the work you've done
Who You Are:
You're someone who takes pride in the little things—neat work, clear communication, and leaving every job better than you found it. And you've got the residential and A/C experience to hit the ground running.
You'll need:
– Electrical Fitter/Mechanic qualification
– Refrigerant Handling Licence (preferred but not essential)
– Current driver's licence and CPR/LVR certification
– Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and the QECM
– Tidy appearance and professional attitude
– Ability to work solo and within a tight-knit team
We're especially keen on candidates with:
– Experience in split system installation, servicing, and repairs
– Residential fault-finding and maintenance background
– Dual-trade interest or existing refrigeration crossover
– Initiative, reliability, and a desire to grow
