About the role

Euphoria Skin, a leading provider of premium skincare services in North Rocks NSW, is seeking a talented Skin Therapist/Dermal Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our business's continued success and growth.

Position: Full time. Open to discussing part time

Opening Hours: 9am to 5.30 pm with two late nights until 9 pm

Work Hours: Generally, work an 8-hour day between 9 am and 5.30pm, with one late night per week. Flexibility for the right applicant.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality skin treatments and therapies to our clients, including peels, laser, IPL, Hifu, and other advanced skin treatments
  • Conducting comprehensive skin assessments and developing personalised treatment plans to address individual client needs
  • Educating clients on skincare routines and products to maintain healthy, glowing skin
  • Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Collaborating with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Skin Therapist/Dermal Therapist with a minimum of 3+ years' experience
  • Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy as the required qualification for this position
  • Have a passion for and strong understanding of skin
  • Be confident and competent in the use of lasers
  • Demonstrate any laser experience to meet the laser competency requirements
  • Demonstrate sales experience (products & treatments)
  • Love recommending products to enhance client results
