Senior Dermal/Skin & Beauty Therapist – Elevate Your Career in Advanced Skin Health

Hours: Full-time and Part-time hours available (flexibility in hours).

At The Skin Retreat by Oak and Sage, we don't just treat skin—we transform it.

Our clinic is built on a foundation of science, luxury, and exceptional results, and we're searching for a therapist who shares our passion for high performance and client care.

We're looking for a standout therapist who:

  • Has 2+ years of hands-on experience and is known for delivering exceptional client service and outcomes.
  • Has a positive, outgoing personality that lights up the room and builds client trust.
  • Is either confident or open to performing brow services (training provided).
  • Thrives on skin analysis, treatment planning, and education-driven product recommendations.
  • Has experience with IPL and laser technologies and is confident in clinical treatment delivery.
  • Works collaboratively with a team and takes pride in their contribution.
  • Is open to ongoing education and advanced training in a results-focused environment.
  • Is available for one late night per week and Saturdays.
