Evolution Laser Clinic Randwick is a busy clinics specialising in Skin & Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair, Skin Treatments, Fat Freeze, and Cosmetic Injectables.

We are the experts of medical grade hair removal, skin treatments, tattoo removal, fat freezing, and cosmetic injectables.

We're looking for a reliable, dedicated Beauty Therapist who is detailed in treatments, dedicated to see results and is sales driven. You're required to be well presented, confident, enthusiastic and a strong team player. You'll perform laser hair removal for men and women, as well as an exciting range of skin treatments utilising the latest devices in skin, body, and more.

What else we're looking for:

  • Someone with strong skills in sales, retailing and recommending treatments and products
  • Prior beauty experience
  • Cheerful, confident, positive, and enthusiastic outlook on their work environment
  • Keen interest in skin, skincare products and body technologies
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to converse freely and honestly with individual clients
  • Work well in a team. We're an intimate small business and go above and beyond for each other

You'll be led by somebody with 20 years experience in the beauty industry, so you're in good hands.

Essential Criteria: Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Laser Safety Officer Certificate, 3 years work experience as a Beauty Therapist and Candela laser experience preferable but not essential, leadership skills.

It is a sales driven role, and you must be available to work flexible hours. The clinic is open 7 days a week and 1 Saturday or Sunday shift is required each week. It's part of it. But you're with us, so it's like being with your friends anyway.

We require passionate beauty therapists who is looking for a challenge in their career. You should have the knowledge and ability to perform a range of skin treatments using multiple devices and technologies.

The successful candidates should be dedicated to providing the ultimate customer service and care experience for all of our clients.
