As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our expanding operations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager with at least 3+ years of experience to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of our business. This is a key role within our team, requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and review of office operations, including setting priorities and service standards.
  • Oversee the allocation of staff, workspace, and equipment.
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Manage office records, accounts, and general administration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external professionals to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
  • Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are properly maintained.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all work aligns with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate HR and personnel activities, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
