About the role

Join the team at Traffic Engineering Australia as a TMD Traffic Management Designer and/or Engineer. This full-time role is based in our South Brisbane, QLD office.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive traffic management plans for a range projects and short term works.
  • Providing expert guidance and technical advice to clients on traffic management and safety requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of traffic management solutions
  • Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
  • Preparing detailed reports, drawings and documentation to support traffic management strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, guidelines and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Traffic Management Designer and/or Engineer, with a focus on temporary traffic management, and civil engineering
  • Thorough understanding of traffic management legislation, standards and guidelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Monday to Friday (we pay 40 hrs)
