Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced educator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Are you committed to supporting the Executive Manager with strategic planning, and to build strong partnerships with stakeholders to improve outcomes for children in remote settings? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Post graduate degree, or working towards, and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership position
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ability to obtain NT working with Children (Ochre) Card
  • Understanding of the National Quality Standards including the regulations, standards and approved Early Learning Frameworks
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
