Are you a compassionate, reliable, and motivated individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We are seeking male support workers to join our dedicated team and provide high-quality support to our young male client.

About the Role:

As a support worker, you will play a key role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting our client to re-engage in the community and social activities
  • Following behaviour support plans and documenting progress
  • Building positive relationships and promoting client choice and independence
  • Receiving specialised training to learn how to best support our client

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, patient, and respectful
  • Reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if required)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team- this individual requires 2:1 support so working in a team is crucial
  • Understand complex behaviours
  • Male (for gender-specific support needs)

Essential Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Experience supporting people with disability or in a care role (preferred but not essential – training provided)
