About the OPPORTUNITYKey responsibilities include:
  • Cost Management: Tracks actual costs against the budget, identifies cost variances, and recommends corrective actions.
  • Schedule Management: Monitors project schedules, identifies potential delays, and recommends solutions to stay on track.
  • Performance Measurement: Measures project performance using earned value management (EVM) techniques, such as cost variance and schedule variance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyses project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepares and presents project performance reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Accountability: Accountable for the performance of their assigned control account, including cost, schedule, and technical aspects.
  • Integration: Integrates scope, budget, actual cost, and schedule for their assigned control account.
About YOU
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or Project Management at similar capacity
  • Strong Maritime Defence industry experience
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Established stakeholder management skills
  • Baseline Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
