The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is key in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounts to key internal stakeholders. The role is essential in enabling the business to make informed, data-driven decisions, control costs and align operational activity with the organisation's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Cost Management and Analysis
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • IBP and Inventory Management
  • ERP Administration
  • Compliance
  • Staff management – three direct reports

About you

We are looking for someone CPA qualified with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role in a commercial, hospitality or manufacturing environment. Bringing your experience and knowledge to the team, you use your initiative to deliver timely and relevant insights, enabling the team to grow the brand and maximise profitability.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated leadership capability, be self-motivated, able to problem solve and work both with the finance team and across the broader business. An understanding of accounting process-flows, advanced excel skills and ability to communicate effectively are paramount.

Candidates with NetSuite or SAP highly regarded, with an understanding of 'back-end' accounting systems and administration.
