We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Customer Service team. What does Customer Service mean at ADP? You will be the main point of contact for our wholesale customers and responsible for processing customer orders to ensure the delivery of accurate, consistent and exceptional customer service at all times. You will have the confidence to communicate with customers on the phone and high attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable person to join our Customer Service team as our Customer Service Officer.Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of customer orders received via email from our nationwide network of wholesale customers.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • High volume data entry and order processing.
  • Being the first point of contact for ADP customers.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email.

Essential

  • Proven ability to complete daily tasks to a high standard.
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong computer/data entry capabilities and ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume data entry environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of bathroom products is an advantage, but not essential.
