About the Role

Work with a team of Financial Planners and Associates, supporting advisers with client relationships, administration, and top-tier service. Manage accounts, prepare financial documents, and ensure professionalism. Align with policies, uphold values, and boost the organisation's reputation with exceptional client service.

Duties

  • Lead & Mentor: Train peers, uphold confidentiality, and boost team success.
  • Drive Financial Planning: Execute applications, switches, and transactions expertly.
  • Elevate Client Service: Resolve queries, liaise with funds, and support relationships.
  • Master Xplan CRM: Manage client data entry, accuracy, and reports with precision.
  • Shine Professionally: Be the welcoming face of the firm, showcasing top communication skills.
  • Support Advisers: Assist with documentation, OSA/FDS tasks, and streamline workflows.

Skills and Experience

  • Precision & Professionalism: Exceptional attention to detail, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong written and verbal skills, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; build expertise in Xplan CRM. Wealth platform exposure is also highly advantageous.
  • Organisation & Adaptability: Top-tier time management, multitasking, and process adaptability.
  • Industry Edge: Financial Planning knowledge; a degree (e.g., Business) or diploma is a plus.
