About the role

As a Competitive Intelligence Manager, you'll be joining the Client Insights team where you'll help shape understanding of market and competitor dynamics across key industry sectors and the broader professional services landscape. 

Your role will involve:

  • Uncovering insights that identify areas of opportunity and market demand, helping drive client-centered behaviors and deliver exceptional value to the organization
  • Supporting the Head of Insights and the Research Lead in executing various research initiatives
  • Leveraging all available resources including internal data, stakeholder access, syndicated data, and custom research
  • Collaborating with sectors, divisions, sales, and marketing functions to optimize delivery methods and provide client insights for well-informed strategies
