Job Summary: 

AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to lead our APAC enterprise client implementation and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you'll design scalable implementation frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel at managing complex projects, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, we want you to help shape our professional services as we scale. 

We intend to hire this role best in Melbourne or on the Gold Coast, to align with the local team. 

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
  • Implementation Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients. 
  • Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organisational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools. 
  • Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from implementation to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals. 
Requirements:  
  • Project & Program Management: 5+ years' experience managing complex onboarding and implementation projects in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Change & Adoption Leadership: Skilled in driving organisational change and user adoption for new technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Organisation & Delivery: Highly organised with a track record of delivering measurable results under pressure.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with AI-based tools and quickly learning and demonstrating new solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging with diverse audiences including executives.
  • Collaboration: Experienced in cross-functional teamwork with sales, product, and customer success to deliver shared goals.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and adjusts priorities proactively.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience working in or alongside SaaS businesses or digital transformation teams. 
  • Teaching/Training Experience: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, or educational programmes, enabling skill development and knowledge transfer effectively. 
  • AI Curiosity: Interest or exposure to AI, content automation, or language technologies. 
  • Cross-Sector Bidding: A broad understanding of different bidding contexts - public sector, consultancy, infrastructure, or professional services.
Compensation and Benefits:
