Mandatory skills/experience : Stakeholder Engagement Microsoft Project Planned (MPP) Risk Management Project planning, Execution & reporting Delivery Management Team Management Vendors and third party coordination and management PMPcertified is added value Responsibilities include:· Coordinate resources for the effective executionof projects· Ensure that projects are delivered successfullyto agreed scope, budget and timelines· Assist in the definition of project scope andobjectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technicalfeasibility· Ensure resource availability and allocation· Develop detailed and comprehensive project plansto monitor and track progress· Manage changes to the project scope, projectschedule and project costs· Manage IT delivery program of works, organisationalchange, project and process integration· scope in conjunction with third parties andWoodside business stakeholders. · Measure project performance· Report and escalate to Woodside management asneeded· Manage the relationship with all stakeholdersand their expectations accordingly· Risk & Issue Management: Perform riskmanagement to minimise project risks and resolve project issues· Manage release plans, change requests and statusreporting for the project. · Create and maintain project documentation· Timely and accurate communication anddistribution of project information to all appropriate stakeholders· Ensure successful implementation of services forthe designated products and projects - following and complying to DDS processand other relevant Woodside standards and procedures· Proactively identify and removes blockers,limits work in progress and prevents distractions· Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharingmetrics to identify and implement project· improvements. · Conflict management - Identify differences inunderstanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team forresolution, or to management if needed· Work with Product Owners to ensure that testingand feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines· Accountability - Ability to take ownership ofassigned tasks and pro -actively managing priorities· Growth mindset - improve based on lessonslearned / feedback Skills:· Able to work with distributed teams and able toachieve outcomes· Attention to detail and ability to interact witha diverse group of senior stakeholders, managers and subject matter experts· Accountability - Ability to take ownership ofassigned tasks and pro -actively managing priorities· Growth mindset - to improve based on lessonslearned / feedback· Open to new ways of working – focus on settingfit for purpose agile models rather than enforcing core agile principles if itis not useful· Excellent communication skills· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills· Solid organisational skills including attentionto detail and multitasking skills· Resilience - Ability to handle resistance tochange General requirements:· Proven working experience in project management· Experience/knowledge of IT project delivery,operations and support framework ie ITIL· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCEII certification (not necessary the right qualification)· Relevant tertiary qualification/s· Over 10 years of experience· Experience in managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets, forecasting and status reporting· Experience in using Microsoft Office,SharePoint, MS -Project, Jira and ConfluenceOperating Assets requirements:· Travel: travel to operating sites isrequired twice a month or as required for project and stakeholder management· Asset Escalation with Digital: Leverageknowledge and relationships across the multiple disciplines within Digitalincluding applications, AV, telecommunications, cyber, OT and networks tosupport escalations and requests from Asset VIP's.· Engaging with Asset stakeholders:Regularly communicating with Asset leaders and stakeholders to understand theirneeds and objectives, which may include travel to site to build and maintainkey relationships.· Engaging with IT stakeholders: Facilitateconversations between Asset stakeholders and IT service lines to supportdelivery of outcomes for the Asset.· Planning and Safety: Supporting teams incommunicating with site stakeholders on impacts of IT changes, via EngineeringMOC and IAP, to deliver work safely on site.Deliverables: ∙ Project Execution Plan and Schedule  ∙ Project Interface Management Plan  ∙ Project Communications and Engagement Plan  ∙ Project Risk and Issues Register   ∙ Project Decision Register  ∙ Project Status Reports
