About the Role
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the organization's Mandatory Training program, ensuring smooth operations and accurate tracking of employee learning activities. This role encompasses two key portfolios: delivering ad hoc general administrative services as needed, and acting as a functional administrator for the unit's Workforce Capability program. Key requirements of the role include:
• Manage data entry and maintenance of completed training records provided by educators and trainers across the campus, ensuring timely and accurate updates within the learning management system.
• Efficiently handle large volumes of training data, maintaining data integrity and compliance with hospital accreditation standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in training records promptly to maintain system accuracy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff inquiries related to mandatory training reporting, providing timely and clear responses.
• Generate and deliver ad hoc reports to management, providing insights into training completion rates, compliance status, and competency achievement.
Classifications for this role is between HS2 - HS21 ($66,768 - $73,811.92 per annum)
Your Contribution
• Extensive administrative experience
• Must possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including mail merge, creating reports in excel and document formatting. Advanced expertise in Excel is preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) desirable
• Studying or completed IT studies, desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to determine workload, prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines
• Review processes and make recommendations to improve efficiencies.
• Current National criminal history check
