At Full Spectrum Solutions In-Home & Community Supports, we are searching for genuine, person-centred support workers who are passionate about empowering our participants to live their best lives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A great sense of humour and the ability to build meaningful relationships with participants
  • Someone who can be discrete and professional, yet knows when to share a laugh
  • People who enjoy getting out and about in the community, but also know when to putthe kettle on and support participants emotionally
  • A good listener who values the input of participants and their families and helps to implement positive changes
  • Proactive thinkers who enjoy a challenge and like to think outside the box

What You'll Need (or be willing to obtain prior to employment):

  • Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Current National Police Check (clear with no convictions)
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee status) (clear with no convictions)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (clear with no convictions)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module
  • Drivers license
  • Fully comprehensive car insurance
  • Own vehicle
  • Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES) check
  • 100 Points of ID
