What We’re Looking For:

- A great sense of humour and the ability to build meaningful relationships with participants
- Someone who can be discrete and professional, yet knows when to share a laugh
- People who enjoy getting out and about in the community, but also know when to putthe kettle on and support participants emotionally
- A good listener who values the input of participants and their families and helps to implement positive changes
- Proactive thinkers who enjoy a challenge and like to think outside the box

What You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain prior to employment):

- **Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Individual Support or Aged Care**:

- **Current National Police Check (clear with no convictions)**:

- **Current Working with Children Check (Employee status) (clear with no convictions)**:

- **Current** **First Aid & CPR Certificate**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (clear with no convictions)**:

- **NDIS Workers Orientation Module**:

- **Drivers license**:

- **Fully comprehensive car insurance**:

- **Own vehicle**:

- **Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES) check**:

- **100 Points of ID**
