Our client is an award-winning not-for-profit aged care provider, specialising in culturally sensitive aged care for people of Greek diaspora for more than 45 years. They provide a wide range of aged care services and programs to support elders and their families.

Through their strong values of respect, compassion, and inclusion, they deliver high-quality care that supports the cultural, spiritual, and health needs of residents. With more than 1,000 dedicated employees, they provide care across multiple residential facilities in Melbourne and Newcastle, as well as community-based services.

About The Opportunity

An experienced Deputy Manager Residential Care is now sought for a modern facility located in Clayton South. This site provides contemporary accommodation and quality care to 152 residents and is recognised for its commitment to supporting elders from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

The successful candidate will:

  • Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in aged care leadership
  • Hold current registration in General Nursing, with at least 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Have a strong understanding of aged care legislation and compliance
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, particularly in relation to CALD services
  • Show a results-driven, innovative, and people-focused approach

This role is supported by a strong administration team and guided by the Executive Manager of Residential Services.
