Think you can juggle cocktail shakers, wedding parties, sunset rushes and the occasional seagull with confidence and a grin? Good. We're after an Assistant Manager who can help steer the good ship Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel with style, smarts and a dash of mischief.

What you'll be doing (besides enjoying a killer view):

• Partner with the General Manager to keep operations humming across bars, dining and events.
• Lead, coach and inspire the crew with accountability and humor.
• Make sure service is sharp, seamless and memorable.
• Problem solve like a pro, even when the solution involves thinking sideways.
• Finding creative solutions when things get wild (spoiler: they will).

Experience we'd love you to bring:

• You've managed or supervised in a high-volume hospitality venue and busy doesn't scare you, it excites you.
• You know how to rally a team, keep morale high and still get the job done.
• You're across the nuts and bolts of food, bev, rosters, compliance and daily ops (aka the unglamorous stuff that keeps a venue shining).
• You stay cool when the pressure's on and maybe even crack a joke while you're at it.
• If you've dabbled in events or big functions, even better as we love a multitasker.
