About the opportunity
Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and play a key role in helping keep our growing project team organised and on track on a fixed term basis until July 2026.

In this role, you will:
- Coordinate project scheduling and meetings whilst ensuring documentation control is to a high standard.
- Work closely with finance teams to manage project costing, reconcile expenses, issue purchase orders and support timely reporting.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to coordinate site access and required inductions and ensure all compliance and competency records are kept up to date.
- Consolidate daily timesheets, force reports and support site logistics through the maintenance of equipment registers, material tracking and vendor coordination.
- Support project managers and demonstrate initiative to improve administrative processes and take on additional responsibilities as the project evolves.

About you
You're a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys contributing to meaningful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in a project specific administration role, ideally within a contracting or construction environment.
- 2 years of experience in a Project Administrator role.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all documentation and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint, with the ability to manage and organise information effectively.
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
