We are Tasmanians who proudly operate Hadley's Orient Hotel and The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel, featuring over 300 accommodation rooms in Hobart's CBD with a variety of food and beverage outlets and a long history of providing warm hospitality. The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel is a multiple award-winning accommodation hotel. We are conveniently located near Hobart's CBD and famous waterfront, offering 242 hotel rooms and spacious apartments along with a restaurant, bar and a comprehensive range of meeting and event facilities. Our vision is to provide our guests with unique Tasmanian hospitality experiences, enjoyed and recommended by all.

Previous experience in customer service is essential. Experience with a range of Property Management Systems will be highly regarded, in particular experience with Infor HMS. Flexibility is crucial as shifts will vary and include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our Front Office team in the role of Guest Service Agent (Grade 2).
