About the role:

We're looking for an NSW Sales Director to lead our very successful Sydney-based Sales Team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive commercial success, nurture talent, and inspire the team to create game-changing partnerships with agencies and clients. You'll combine your sharp commercial instincts with creative storytelling to design integrated outdoor solutions that get results.

  • Lead, coach, and empower a passionate sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients across NSW
  • Identify commercial opportunities and create sellable, insight-driven solutions that deliver ROI for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
  • Represent VMO at client events, presentations, and industry functions — becoming a true brand ambassador
  • Stay ahead of media trends, competitor activity, and innovation across the outdoor and digital landscape

About you:

You're a leader with hustle-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment. You combine strategic thinking with creative flair and know how to turn a great brief into a bold solution.

You'll bring:

  • Seniormedia sales experience-ideally in digital-out-of-home(suit Senior GSM and above only)
  • A strong network of agency and client relationships within NSW
  • A proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset — leading by example and empowering others to do the same
  • Experience coaching or mentoring a team
