Position Overview

As a Studio Support Assistant, you'll assist with daily studio operations, equipment setup, and client support. You'll work closely with photographers, content creators, and brand teams — ensuring every shoot or event runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients during studio sessions.
  • Prepare and reset studios before and after bookings.
  • Handle lighting, backdrop, and basic equipment setup.
  • Keep the studio space tidy, organized, and ready for use.
  • Support team with bookings, emails, and inventory management.
  • Assist during shoots, events, or installations when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, events, or creative environments preferred.
  • Interest in photography, videography, or media production.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of studio or lighting equipment a plus (training provided).
