We're Studio Blackardt, a creative agency based in Brisbane. We're building a small, sharp team of people who genuinely care about the work and about each other. Because we're lean, every role has impact. No one's siloed, no one's just ticking boxes, and everyone gets a seat at the table.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a confident, capable
Videographer / Editor
to join our team. You'll be working across everything from campaign shoots and web videos to reels, docu-style edits, and project updates.

You'll be responsible for both filming and editing, and supported by our creative, marketing, and design teams. This role suits someone who can hold their own on set, get through edits efficiently, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

All equipment will be provided.

This can be part-time or full-time, depending on the person.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Filming for a wide range of client types: property, construction, lifestyle, service-based and hospitality
• Editing content for social media, websites, campaigns, and internal brand use
• Taking briefs and contributing your own ideas when they add value
• Managing footage so it's backed up, organised, and ready for future use
• Collaborating closely with the wider team on concepts and delivery
• Helping level up our internal content workflows over time

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and access to a car (required)
• Confident filming across different environments, including construction sites and commercial locations
• Experienced in using gimbals and basic lighting setups
• Experience with shoot prep, studio setup, or general on-site problem-solving
• REPL drone licence (required)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus if you know After Effects or DaVinci)
• Comfortable working solo or with a small crew
• Solid communicator who's easy to work with and keeps things moving
• Reliable, adaptable, and not above pitching in where needed
• Can manage your own post-production timelines and workflows

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)

• REOC drone licence
• Still photography skills
