Workfast is looking for a 3:1 roster experienced fencer with an HR licence to join their team on a project basis up in the Northern Territory.

Highlights:

  • $49.50 per hour (flat rate) + super paid on all hours
  • Meals and accommodation are provided
  • 3:1 roster
  • 10 hours days, 6 days a week - 60 hours per week
  • Working Monday to Saturday and Sunday off
  • FIFO from Darwin, Brisbane or Cairns only
  • Work for a reputable company with ongoing work

Requirements:

  • Experience fencer
  • Experience operating different machines will be a plus
  • Able to put on a new fence and repair the fence (about 1.8m high)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferably experience working on mine sites
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must have an HR licence
  • White card
  • Operator tickets will be great
  • Great attitude, reliable and proactive personality
  • Ability to pass a medical
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

Responsibilities :

  • Put on a new fence
  • Rapier fances
  • Trade assistant work
  • Assisting the team where necessary
  • Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor
