The primary purpose of this role is to process Release of Information (ROI) requests in accordance with the Victorian WorkCover Authority's (VWA) Access to Information guidelines.

About The Role

  • Provide a high level of customer service by focusing on delivering solutions within the Accident Compensation Act 1985, responding to any enquiries in a timely manner and completing requests within timeframes
  • Maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders especially WorkSafe
  • Ensure Allianz ROI performance is at scheme level or better
  • Ensure all ROI requests are managed and registered in accordance with WorkSafe procedures and AAL record-keeping processes
  • Ensure ROI data is analyzed regularly and trends reported
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and letters are professional in their appearance and content
  • Ensure high level of privacy is maintained in all interactions with internal and external parties in accordance with relevant laws and Allianz guidelines
  • Adhere to Allianz policies and procedures including customer service standards, privacy, and record-keeping obligations
  • Work effectively as a team and with others, to accomplish team goals and contribute in a positive manner to the team's morale, assisting in the creation of a positive work environment
  • Maintain expertise in Worksafe's Access to information guidelines and familiarity with FOI, privacy, and workers compensation legislation

About You

  • VCE or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office experience including Excel and Word
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands
  • Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team, support other workloads, and contribute to team goals
  • Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
