The role

As a recruiter at Randstad, you're not just matching candidates with jobs-you're building careers and driving business growth. Our recruiters are the heartbeat of our organization, connecting top talent with leading companies across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and negotiate placements that benefit both parties. Responsibilities

  • Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment is essential for this role
  • You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
  • A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
  • As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
  • You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
