- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers who work with Bankers and Customers in Business & Private Bank, focussing on retaining existing customer relationships and increasing the share of customer wallet.
- Manage a portfolio of projects that help deliver process efficiencies and innovation to the account management function and deliver benefits to Trade & Working Capital. Work in conjunction with product partners, fulfilment/operations and technology.

In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will join Gray Hester and the Trade and working Capital team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Coach, monitor, supervise direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role to be compliant with NAB's operational policy and procedures, regulatory requirements and external legislations.
- Manage team performance and develop talent.
- Monitor TWC portfolio and coverage to ensure customer's needs are met ongoing and where the commitment limit is inappropriate, liaise with the banker to review the limit in line with the customer's cash flow requirements
- Proactively seek new business opportunities for TWC and NAB through conversations with clients and their advisers and review of information provided
- Deliver great customer experience through enhanced relationship management, proactive customer connection and identifying opportunities to improve service and customer efficiencies.
- Minimise customer defections due to service issues or other matters within area of direct influence or control.
- Approval of TWC Product Annual Reviews and Increases for existing clients
- Review and assess the content of the Field Examination reports on the portfolio customers and identify any risk-related issues within SLA's. Action plans to be proactively developed and managed to address the risk-related issues, and advise credit Manager of the issues, decisions and/or recommendations
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks associated with TWC facilities in collaboration with SBS and other appropriate stakeholders do minimise bad debt and retain customer relationships.

- Proactively look for ways to enhance your IDP and enlist in training to help you achieve these goals
- Develop best practise for the Account Management function
- you will need 5-10 years in Banking and Finance
