Are you a passionate and driven Chef ready to take the next step in your career? We're on the lookout for a strong Sous Chef or experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen in a family-friendly, high-volume pub on the stunning Central Coast.


What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • Lead, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals
  • Create and implement menus that showcase fresh, local produce and align with the venue's brand
  • Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and wastage
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards are strictly adhered to
  • Work closely with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build and develop your own kitchen team - recruit, train, and mentor staff

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a busy pub, club, or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow your team
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A creative approach to menu design and food presentation
  • Sound understanding of cost control and kitchen financials
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Must have full working rights in Australia ( No sponsorship available)
