ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join our close-knit team at Breakers Country Club, located in Wamberal, NSW, on a full-time basis

As an Apprentice Chef, you will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and will play a crucial role in effectively engaging as a team member of the kitchen by assisting in the production to achieve high quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

- Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery

- Self-disciplined and a team player

- Well organised and customer focused

- Outstanding communication skills

- Ability to follow direction

- Full availability – ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
