Marketing Manager – eCommerce | $10–12M Budget Ownership | Hybrid (Near Central Station)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing eCommerce brand that's shaking up the DTC space with a blend of comfort, creativity, and sustainability. As the business scales globally, they're searching for a driven and strategic
Marketing Manager
to lead the charge on campaign performance and brand storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and has a sharp eye on ROI. You'll lead full-funnel campaigns, manage significant budgets, and work cross-functionally to grow both the brand and customer base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own campaign strategy:
    Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, content, more) that balance brand with performance, overseeing an annual budget of $10–12M.

  • Drive growth:
    Collaborate on initiatives that bring in new customers and keep loyal ones engaged, contributing directly to the brand's long-term commercial success.

  • Shape creative:
    Partner with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life with strong messaging and visual impact.

  • Manage production:
    Oversee timelines, approvals, and delivery across photo, video, and digital assets — keeping things running smoothly.

  • Track performance:
    Use tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and identify opportunities to optimise.

  • Work cross-functionally:
    Collaborate with product, digital, creative, and agency partners to ensure cohesive execution and strong results.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-moving eCommerce or DTC environment.
  • Proven track record managing and executing data-driven, creative marketing campaigns.
  • Confidence navigating performance metrics and optimising spend for maximum impact.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and exposure to creative tools like Figma.
