At Jym Group, we provide a dynamic environment focused on fitness, community, and growth. We're seeking a motivated Social & Digital Marketing Manager who can help us strengthen our digital presence, optimise lead generation, and support business growth across our clubs.

The Role

This is a hands-on and strategic role that goes beyond traditional marketing. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns and social media strategies to ensure strong brand presence and measurable results.

With the support of a Digital Marketing VA, you'll have scope to focus on higher-level strategy, systems, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage digital marketing funnels that capture, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Plan and deliver high-performing paid and organic campaigns across key platforms.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier) to improve speed-to-lead and nurturing workflows.
  • Create engaging social media content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Track and analyse performance across campaigns, websites, and funnels—adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with operations and club teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

About You

We're looking for a marketing professional who combines creativity with systems thinking and data-driven decision making.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to map customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Desirable:

  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta).
