Disability Support Worker

We are looking for a male Disability Support Worker to join our team who is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
About the Role:
You will be supporting clients with daily living activities, community access, and personal care while promoting their independence and overall well-being. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Support clients to engage in community activities and appointments
- Foster independence and build positive relationships
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in disability support, particularly with personal care and community access
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and relevant qualifications
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 16 per week
Work Location: In person
